How do I get started with Designer on Demand?
Getting started is very easy. Create an account and submit your project:

What if I want custom products in my renderings?
For renderings that include custom products, prior to submitting your project please request swatches:
- For custom soft surface products, contact daltonpd@tarkett.com
- For custom resilient products, contact custom.commercial@tarkett.com
- For Hospitality or custom Hospitality products, contact melissa.griffin@tarkett.com
For custom logos, contact:

Renderings with custom products will take additional business days to complete.
Are there costs associated with this service?
Designer on Demand is offered at NO COST to the clients and account executives. Yes, it is free!
What are the turnaround times?
Turnaround times are based on the size and scope of the project, and can typically range from one to three business days, sometimes longer depending on complexity. Projects with custom products can take additional business days.
How will I know when my renderings are completed?
Our DoD team will contact you via email when your renderings are completed.
How many product materials can I submit?
You can submit up to 12 materials per submission, multiple projects can be submitted to incorporate additional materials.
What if I have revisions to a project?
Not a problem, you can submit revisions by replying to the email you received from the DoD team with your finished renderings. Revisions go back into the queue and are assigned in the same timeframe as new project requests.
Having difficulty submitting projects?
Try closing and opening your browser and try again. If you are still having difficulty, try a different web browser (ie. Chrome, Firefox). Make sure that the following are filled out in the submission form. If the following are not filled out, the submission form will not allow you to submit.
- Enter a numeric Dollar Value.
- Enter a Project Segment.
- Enter a Type of Rendering.
For the Design, the following need to be selected:
- Product Category
- Product Sub Category
- Product Style Name
- Color Name
- Install Method
- Product Size
Can I get the original program files of my renderings?
Yes, you can get the original program files in one of the following formats: Photoshop, PDF, image files (.jpg, .tif, and/or .png), and PowerPoint.
What if I am having trouble logging into my account?
If you are having issues with logging into your account, please try resetting your password. If you are still unable to log in after resetting your password, please contact our DoD team through the contact form.
